Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase date. To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted to support@yourroad.com within this 7-day window. After the 7-day window has passed, pro-rated refunds for the remaining unused portion of the annual term may be considered at the sole discretion of YourRoad, based on usage history and account standing.
Monthly plan subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for monthly plans.
To initiate a refund, email us at support@yourroad.com with your account email address and the reason for your request. We process approved refunds within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
YourRoad (有路中文) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform.
When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your email address and name to identify your account and communicate with you. Payment information (such as credit card details) is collected and processed securely by FastSpring, our authorized payment processor. YourRoad does not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. We also collect usage data such as features accessed and content viewed to improve our service.
We use your personal information to deliver and maintain our service, process your subscription, communicate with you about your account (including billing reminders and product updates), and comply with applicable legal obligations. Usage data helps us understand how learners interact with our platform so we can improve content and features.
Your personal data is stored on encrypted servers with industry-standard security measures. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (such as FastSpring for payment processing) solely to the extent necessary to operate our platform.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request an export of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@yourroad.com. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days as required by applicable data protection laws.
By accessing or using YourRoad (有路中文), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
You agree to use YourRoad only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or systematically extract content from the platform without prior written permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
All content on the YourRoad platform — including vocabulary definitions, character data, grammar explanations, images, audio, software, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of YourRoad and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this content for personal study purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without explicit permission.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@yourroad.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
YourRoad is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or continuously available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourRoad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
